Designed for heavy-duty and medium speed operating conditions. The standard TS type bearing style can operate at a maximum circumferential line speed of 1000 meters per minute. Special designs can be provided in terms of bearings and installation to enable this type of bearing to operate at higher rotational speeds.

Design Features

TP type bearings consist of two flat quenched hard ground steel washers and a cage. The cage holds one or more rollers with optimized profiles within their respective cage windows. Longer rollers are placed at the staggered positions of adjacent windows.

Overlapping roller paths can prevent wear grooves in the raceway and effectively extend the bearing life.

The smaller radial displacement of the raceway will not affect the operation of TP bearings, making manufacturing more economical and also convenient for installation.

Simple design makes bearings more economical to purchase and install.
