SPBs, also known as bushings, are metal to metal contact bearings composed of a ground spherical inner ring and a matching outer ring, without any rolling elements. This type of bearing is made of hardened steel and can be customized according to customer needs through precise grinding, including the use of special materials, clearance, surface polishing, or construction to adapt to special application scenarios.

Design Features

Made of quenched steel, the performance is reliable and consistent.

After phosphate treatment, the inner and outer rings are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) to reduce friction on the contact surface.

The design of the bearing seat and shaft has been simplified, reducing installation time.
