This series of sliding bearings is similar to SF and FS, but it contains a lip seal ring in its outer ring, which can withstand high grease pressure during lubrication. This lip seal ring ensures even distribution of lubricant on the bearing surface, effectively preventing internal contamination. And all of these bearings are made of quenched steel, precision ground, and can be customized according to customer needs, including the use of special materials, clearance, surface polishing, or construction to adapt to special application scenarios.

Both imperial and metric products with inner diameter sizes ranging from 12.7mm to 600mm (. 5 in. to 23.622 in.) are available.

Design Features

Made of quenched steel, the performance is reliable and consistent.

After phosphate treatment, the inner and outer rings are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) to reduce friction on the contact surface.

The design of the bearing seat and shaft has been simplified, reducing installation time.

Lipstick seals distribute lubrication evenly and effectively prevent impurities from entering the bearing.
