The ball bearings specially designed by the company for aviation applications can withstand radial forces, thrust, torque, reverse thrust, or combined loads. We offer two basic Conrad constructions: HK and HD. In addition, Timken Company also offers two types of angular contact structures: HA and HT. Bearings can be provided in the form of individual bearing units or preloaded kits.

Design Features

The HK series is designed for heavy-duty applications and is equipped with a high-strength cage design that can withstand extreme loads and high speeds.

The HD series, with its innovative fracture type outer ring design, allows radial deep groove ball bearings to set the maximum steel ball parameters, greatly improving the bearing's dynamic load capacity and extending its service life.

The HA series is an inseparable design with countersunk holes on the outer ring and a single high-strength cage between the rollers. This series is highly suitable for preloading and/or thrust applications. At the same time, Timken Company specializes in designing deep groove outer rings and modified inner rings for ultra high speed applications.

The HT series with excellent performance is mainly characterized by a complete deep groove outer ring, a single high-strength cage, and two ultra deep groove inner rings, and is widely used on high-speed shafts with forward and reverse thrust loads.
